MY PRACTICE
Dr Kolt specializes in the treatment of chronic illness and complex issues, particularly autoimmune, gastrointestinal and rheumatological conditions, diabetes, endocrine, and cardiovascular disease. In her practice she utilizes a wide range of approaches to support her patients’ health and wholeness, with a particular focus on plant medicines as gentle yet powerful tools that help open and access the foundations of old patterns to allow for transformation.
